IoT Livestock Monitoring
I worked to survey proposed IoT systems used for livestock monitoring. In this report, we focused on health monitoring systems specifically for dairy cows. There are around 9.1 to 9.4 million dairy cows in the U.S. alone, and having a system that allows farmers to monitor and track the health and behavior of their dairy cows would improve the efficiency and profitability of dairy farms.
